首先我們來看,一般我們電腦在使用的螢幕解析度,以目前各位所習慣的解析度大多在800×600以上,換算成Dots(點),也就是800×3(RGB)X600=1,440,000 Dots,最佳的狀況下,實際解析度=顯示解析度是最理想的,但是我們用來輸入訊號的來源是電腦,顯示晶片可以幫助我們模擬接近實際解析度的畫素,如果與面板像素差異不大,我們不會感覺有差異,但是以一般的車用螢幕來說,實際解析度大約都在330,000 Dots左右,換算回去,330,000/3(RGB)=110,000,也就是大約385×285,這樣的解析度如何使用電腦的程式?當然堅持要用還是可以,但是以同樣大小的螢幕來說,實際呈現的內容會只有電腦螢幕的四分之一。
一,螢幕的位置
放置螢幕的位置要先決定的,不是要使用indash(升縮式),還是stand alone(固定式),主要的考量點有:
1.安全性
第一點,也是最重要的考量點,放置的位置是否安全?安全氣囊作動時的範圍?車輛如遭衝撞時,螢幕是否有任何機會傷害乘客?放置位置是否容易成為小賊的目標?
2.高度
太高容易檔住視線,太低容易分心造成危險,行駛於時速60公里的汽車中,只要2秒鐘視線離開了前方,就已經前進了32公尺,對於路人或其他車輛相當危險。
3.拉線
有些安裝位置需要拆車件才能將線材隱藏,這部份還牽涉到日後的維護的問題,將線材做上記號以及整理整齊,對於日後的維護幫助很大,並且可以節省下次找線的時間,由於螢幕的安裝通常會需要拆卸中控台,如果不確定拆下後是否能安裝回去,花點小錢去給店家安裝,不但可避免裝不回去的窘境,也可以避免拆裝過程的疏忽而產生的異音。
4.預算
觸控螢幕的單價與主機相比,價差不會那麼大,一般的售價從$7000多至$15000左右就買的到,但也有少數的幾款特別便宜或特別貴,Made in China的螢幕大多是使用等級較差的panal,不過當然也有使用等級比較好的panal的廠商,只是比例上實在太少,在售價上,一分錢.一分貨的道理決對要切記,雖然便宜也會有好貨,但是你能接受它的缺點嗎?
二,螢幕的選擇
1.固定式螢幕(Stand Alone)
如果中控台的空間足夠,固定式螢幕有幾個優點略勝於升縮式螢幕:
第一.固定式螢幕的價格比較便宜。
第二.固定式螢幕可以崁入至中控台,小偷比較難偷,也會比較不想偷,造型像是與中控台一體,也比較美觀。
第三.選擇比較多,目前市面上的尺吋有以下幾種,7吋 16:9,8吋 4:3,8吋16:9,10.4吋 4:3,可依照個人實際需要的大小去選擇,各位花的錢,全部都呈現在你眼前。
2.升縮式螢幕
