梅江韓國烤肉公館二店位於公館的三軍總醫院停車場入口處左手邊，去吃了很多次，一直都以為只有這一家，直到這次帶相機去拍照，才發現這一家原來是公館二店，那代表還有其他的分店囉?於是上網搜尋了一下，原來竟有四家分店。

食材種類不算多，但還可以接受，重點是要好吃，否則種類再多也沒用，肉類有雞肉、五花肉、羊肉、牛肉、豬肉，馬克覺得五花肉最好吃，另外，魷魚及洋蔥烤起來也蠻好吃的。
既然是韓國烤肉，醃漬類的小菜、泡菜是少不了的，種類也算蠻多的。

店內呈長條型的，座位有點擠，手上如果有端菜，在走路時要小心點，這是由裡面往外拍。

用餐有限時90分鐘，假日嚴格執行，在這奉勸想去品嘗美食的夥伴，盡量平日去吧，才能吃到飽、吃到爆!
韓式的銅盤烤肉鍋，中間烤肉，旁邊火鍋。
要一直將湯汁淋上烤肉，否則一不注意就烤焦了，店員會不定時來關心有沒有烤焦，幫你烤、淋湯汁。
大約每30分鐘會廣撥一次『招待』的餐食，有拔絲地瓜、辣炒年糕、海鮮煎餅、韓式炒麵，看看這辣炒年糕，很軟、也很入味，不像有些炒的一點都不入味、像是沒解凍的辣炒年糕。
烤好的肉，沾點特製辣醬(一點都不辣)，用西洋生菜包起來吃，口感不錯，也是馬克建議的吃法，否則一直吃烤肉，吃到後來會感覺太膩。
買單金額每人300元，不算貴，但由於有限時，所以要挑平日去，不過限時也有好處，就是隨時可去，不用等太久一定有位子，所以馬克總結一下，梅江韓國烤肉好吃，不過要平日去消費。
