哇靠網，是馬克的第二個網路創業網站，是台灣第一家以車用電腦為主題之購物網站，經營型態主要為車用電腦商品網路購物中心，主要銷售商品為針對多媒體車上用途之軟、硬體，客戶包含上市櫃公司至一般的消費者，而前身也是相同網址，但做的是旅遊同業網站，在1997年網路尚未泡沫前成立，比錸捷科技早成立6個月，是第一個旅遊業的B2B網站，出版內容橫跨網路及平面刊物，撐不到第二階段的B2B2C就彈盡糧絕，與幾位合作的好友硬生生賠了約600萬台幣，多年的感情也不歡而散。

網路泡沫後，深刻體驗槓桿原理不能玩太大，否則最後還是會撐不動而壓死自己，轉眼數年已過，年齡也即將步入而立之年，沉思多年後，反覆思考認為還是網路才是未來的希望，2004年，無意間發現國外有一票人在玩CarPC，台灣的網路資訊，唯一可以搜尋到的只有這篇Car+PC=CarPC，在沒有任何資源的條件下，開始與廠商洽談訂貨事宜，而，在這些主要做外銷的廠商眼中，沒有量，根本不算個咖，廠商外銷做都來不及，那有時間理我這個Z咖?

但，國外的相關論壇也好，購物網也好，幾乎都是這些台灣的廠商外銷的商品，實在沒理由再繞一圈再從國外進口，時間、進價、維修，都划不來，只好努力去盧這些廠商，拜託他們給我機會試試看(說到這裡，真要感謝M字頭公司的Amy，C字頭公司的Julieh，沒有你們，哇靠網還真的沒辦法開張!)，主要商品談妥，接下來週邊商品可就商腦筋了，由於CarPC是一個根本沒人做過的行業，只能從國外的網站中找資料，幻想還有什麼是玩家需要的東西，也因此進了一堆雞肋，最後結果當然是賠錢出清。

2006年及2007年是CarPC最熱的二年，期間有無數中外媒體報導哇靠網的展示車(也就是馬克的愛車)，並與青雲科技合作ComputeX的展示。

而這些，都不敵2007年Q4開始的景氣寒冬，眼看同業收的收、轉行的轉行，大廠的低價電腦一台接著一台出，即使有滿心的理想，也抵不過現實的命運，小馬克即將誕生，我這個做父親的總不能將機殼打碎餵他吃吧?

許多朋友給了我許多寶貴意見，謝謝你們，但這些不是馬克的專長，哇靠網截至今日，總瀏覽人數有8,742,775次瀏覽，而MPC有會員人數1,694人，馬克認為這二個數字(網站)必須再經過有系統的整合，才能有一個三贏的局面(站方、消費者、玩家)。

所以，哇靠網的服務自即日起暫停，公司營運並無任何改變，預計年後會以全新風貌登場。
