一個星期過去了，大衛還是守在橋上。颱風來襲的暴雨之夜，大衛依然不肯離開，淋著雨的大衛孤零零的在橋上哭了一夜。在狂風暴雨中，大衛病倒了！
第二天，歐巴桑趕緊向協會求助，當協會人員趕到時，大衛還試圖用最後的力氣抵抗。
經過治療後，大衛在保育場住了下來。大衛在保育場裡受到義工「查理馬麻」的呵護開導，終於慢慢走出陰霾，現在牠是個很愛撒嬌的大帥哥喔！
